The first phase of the proposed Central Quay development on the site of Brains Brewery has been submitted for planning supported by a detailed master-plan for this unique city centre site.
The Central Quay masterplan has been developed around a set of core design principles that recognise the value of the heritage buildings, the need for exemplary design and the delivery of a fully integrated transport hub.
The result will be a new, dynamic city quarter that is poised to become Cardiff’s most exciting place to live, work and play.
At over 2.5 million square feet Central Quay will be one of the largest private real estate developments in Europe and will deliver new models of city centre living, commerce, creativity and entrepreneurship.
